3. Indent orders: An irrevocable confirmed letter of credit to be issued by a financial institution in favour of Modular Docking Systems designated account before order is proceeded with.

Note: Goods will not be dispatched untill payments are received in full.

Modular Docking Systems warrants the Legodock modules on behalf of the manufacturer (HP & Company) against defects in material and its operation, this warranty applies to all modules & connecting pins for a period of ten years. This warranty is non-transferrable and does not cover intentional abuse or natural disaster.

To activate warranty a picture along with location of pontoon to be sent with a copy of the invoice to Modular Docking Systems for activation and registration with the manufacturer.

The above applies for Private individual orders only, commercial order warranties are to be confirmed before placement order.

The manufacturer is HP & Company and the warranty is expressed by the manufacturer, not by Modular Docking Systems P/L.

1. Returns will only be accepted if authorized.

2. Authorizing number must be obtained before goods are     returned & must be clearly marked on packaging.

3. No return will be accepted freight collect.

4. Modified or special manufactured items are not returnable.
